Bond Collective Unveils New Premium Work and Event Spaces in New York, Building Momentum as an Alternative Work Venue
New York, NY (December 6th, 2016)
Bond Collective, the premier hospitality-driven shared workspace, today announced the opening of three spaces in Manhattan’s Financial District. The move reflects the company’s continued momentum and growth since its founding in 2013. The new event and work spaces at 55 Broadway and 60 Broad Street each encompass an individual and thoughtfully curated aesthetic that emphasize Bond Collective’s commitment to high design, comfort and premium service. The locations are in high demand and filling up quickly with independent workers to professionals from established companies spanning a variety of industries, including technology, finance and law. Team members from All Star Code, a non-profit organization dedicated to attracting, preparing, and placing young men of color in careers within the tech sector, has already taken residence.
“Entrepreneurs, professionals and innovators of all kinds are seeking flexibility, independence and comfort in their work spaces. We believe our role is to serve as their advocates, supporting them with a premium experience while allowing them focus on their core business and mission,” said Shlomo Silber, CEO and co-founder of Bond Collective. “Welcoming All Star Code as one of our newest members is a testament to this shift, especially in the non-profit world, and we trust that the combination of the boutique vibe of our spaces with high levels of service and support will help make each and every member feel at home and excited to come to work.”
Flexible Environments for Organizations to Scale
Shared workspaces are an ideal solution for non-profit organizations looking to manage administrative costs and labor in order to focus solely on their organization’s core mission. All Star Code is the first non-profit member to join Bond Collective and embrace the shared workspace culture as a way of conducting business outside the confines of a traditional office structure. All Star Code’s team will occupy offices at 60 Broad alongside other startups, entrepreneurs, innovators, and established companies from an array of industries.
“We believe in co-working as a model for fostering mutual collaboration and success. We consider this 19-person office our new home and its theme is ‘A Place for Learning’. We hope we can contribute to this community via our hackathons and other educational, empowering events fostering successful entrepreneurship in black and Latino communities,” said Christina Lewis Halpern, Founder and Executive Director of All Star Code. “All Star Code fosters entrepreneurial talent by giving black and Latino high school boys the skills, networks, and mindsets they need to create new futures through technology. The Bond Collective ethos and dedication to service aligns with our values and mission, bringing a level of creativity that will foster inspiration for our team and the students we serve.”
